Doing a form 1, yes i know these are just solvent traps, not discussing that, just had a problem with the company.
ordered a tube endcap and thread protector on the 14th of June, just received parts on friday during that time, tried multiple times to call, left message, sent a bunch of emails, no response until i opened a case through paypal, then they shipped the next day- odd right? grabbed the mail today and they sent me a qd adapter(i beleive) instead of the cap, and the tube is pretty scratched up the ends of the tube look like they were deburred pretty carelessly, maybe they had a high school kid do it digging in with a deburring tool ive seen that stuff before. was wondering if anybody knew these guys or had had issues before this? sent another email explaining, not sure how its going to go at this point |

Yeah, I would seriously try to return that and go through a reputable company.

I did a charge back on them through my CC for non-delivery and being unable to communicate to cancel order. Took a few days but the charge back was processed. A week later I get an "order status changed" and shipping notice email from them? They are a shit show and should be avoided like any other STD. Even if their site says that everything that can be placed in the cart is ready to ship. CHRIS |

An 8" tube, a thread adapter, and an end cap showed up. The tube has scratches on the outside and the inside is gritty and my totality spacers won't fit inside it. The thread adapter looks ok. The end cap is smooth on the end but looks peened? or something. It has ripples in the finish. They all thread together well. Honing the inside of the tube may help with internal fitment and a light media blasting will take care of the outer cosmetics.
I checked my CC account. They refunded the shipping charge on Friday. I can't see if they charged me again yet. I'm going to send an email inquiry to them which they will ignore and not answer. I will try calling again tomorrow and it will go to a full mailbox again. CHRIS |
