Body cam transcript.

http://www.mncourts.gov/mncourtsgov/media/High-Profile-Cases/27-CR-20-12951-TKL/Exhibit207072020.pdf

Reads as if George Floyd resisted the entire time.

Ambulance was staged 2 blocks away due to the crowd which extended the time he was being restrained.

Mentions to officer he had kung flu.

Officer asks why he's being erratic and if he's on anything.

George Floyd was foaming at the mouth prior to placing him in patrol vehicle.

ETA: Makes sense why we haven't seen the footage.  Video won't fit the narrative being pushed if he resisted the entire time.

ETA: Additional info and pics of funny money at the following link: http://www.mncourts.gov/Media/StateofMinnesotavThomasLane.aspx

Considering what I read and what I know about the left and people that continuously tell an officer "Please don't shoot"(until they whip out a gun or do something erratic), I have no fucks to give any longer

2 pages of him arguing with the cops, about a simple command

Another 3 pages of her giving the cops the runaround about her ID and how to spell S-H-A-W-A-N-D-A

His actions were classic pre-assault behavior, I'll say that.

Pretty claustrophobic around police cars, not so much his own.

Cops a lot more patient than I am.

Reads like the drugs and the heart attack were carrying him to his final reward, regardless of the cop's knee.

I know, I know - 'cops are bad', etc. that's just how I read it. Doesn't read like a big, 'Let's kill a black today' caper.

As I said pretty much right after it happened.  It’s likely a medical issue (heart attack, drug induced respiratory arrest, etc) is what actually killed Floyd, not the knee on the back of his neck.

Still not OK with the knee or Chauvin’s actions post Floyd losing consciousness, but I don’t believe there’s anywhere near enough evidence to prove it’s what killed him or that Chauvin’s actions rose to the level of murder/manslaughter.

Probably a good thing for cops he had enough horse tranquilizer in him kicking in to knock out an elephant

It makes sense; he was losing cognition & inhibitions, making him stupidly combative, then lost motive control of his lungs at the same time cops thought they were calming him down.

Yes they were unforgivably negligent, but it's also stupid to expect cops slap a heart monitor on every person they run into for the duration of the encounter (which is all that would have saved Floyd, imo, given how distracting the gathered crowd was being)

Where is the fake bill?

All this action going on and nobody can tell him why he is being handcuffed and arrested when asked?

What am I missing here?

End of the day...

My prediction is this-

He died of a heart attack.  His "I can't breathe" was not due to lungs, it was his heart failing to circulate oxygenated blood that manifest itself as a panic to breathe...even though no amount of breathing would solve it.

They held him in the street waiting on the ambulance.

The ambulance wasn't coming due to threat.

The officers didn't know this and held him down, awaiting the ambulance.

The meth, opiates, and heart condition killed him.  The officers had no way to know he was on drugs or had a bad heart...and while they could have put him in the car, it likely fell into a mental trap of "ambulance on the way"...the "help is on the way" trap causes paralysis in the tactical world.  It solves the problem without solving the problem.

He died as a result of the above...and the officers will walk.  3/4 should walk anyway...one never touched him and at least one of the others was a first week new guy that was doing what his FTO said to do.

Frankly...the people know it is coming and can make ready.  Rioters are likely to get stacked if they try that...and people will be zero foxtrot about it.

You left out multiple knees on his back.
Considerable weight compressing his chest probably had a lot more to do with his exit than pressure on the back of his neck that wasn't choking him.

I would guess about every action is expressly authorized in Operations Manual. Is a jury really going to believe a dozen pages plus of resisting is NOT resisting?

When the cops ascertained there was a problem, they called for an ambulance. They accommodated several of his requests. Contemporaneously, they discussed him freaking out, and they all noted he was on something (PCP or similar).

Clearly, he could breath most of the time as much as he was talking. Maybe it's a firing offense; it's not murder, or even manslaughter.

Why is it such a high number of people in the 'community' resist arrest, and are seemingly shocked that the cops just don't say, 'OK, if you don't want to be arrested today, that's cool'?

But yeah, I would be short MN real estate, and most Blue City's real estate when that verdict is read. A new round of big screens for everyone!

The autopsy report indicated he had more than a lethal does of fentanyl in his system. It also does not name homicide as the cause of death.

Doesn't fucking matter. Kneeling on his neck for minutes after he was unresponsive is excessive force.

Given the fact that Floyd disclosed the covid, I wonder if he had his knee on the neck to try to stop him from breathing/shouting/spitting in his direction?

Yeah. 7 minutes after being arrested, handcuffed and about to be stuffed into a car and hauled to jail.

Where is the fake bill or forgery? That is what started all of this.

Eventually that question will be answered.

It’s not usual to discuss why you’re arresting someone while they’re actively resisting your attempts to detain them.  Also no legal requirement to tell someone why they’re going in cuffs before they’re in them.
