Good punch. Did the fight go on? Did Heath get disqualified or did hotlips ever get up to take his asswhooping? That may be the one MMA fight that I would have won the same way.

No, I don't believe the fight took place and I don't recall how they finally ruled it. LOL, I love listening to the Japanese announcers laughing at the end and saying "homosexual."

Actually, Don Frye is a really good guy. When I knew him, he was very humble, respectful and always had a smile on his face. Strong as an ox though and used to shoe horses for a living. We called him "J.R." at the fire department. In fact, he was one of my students during his training as a reserve firefighter. He went on to full-time work with the Bisbee Fire Department before entering the UFC. I haven't seen him FTF in decades so I'm hoping that his "celebrity status" hasn't affected him in a negative way.

Per Wikipedia, Herring was disqualified. It was later changed to no contest since the kiss was also a foul. |

I've known a couple of farriers (people who shoe horses). they are basically blacksmiths, with some animal health training; Wikipedia calls them "hoof care specialists." And every one of them was strong as hell. |

With everyone a wanna be MMA star, I'm glad I carry. I guarantee that once he goes for the rear naked choke, he's already choking on his blood filled lung, I'll wake up right around the same time he's just about dead. I'll sit there and wonder which weight class belt I just took off him.
