There's a difference between:
1. Cars "exploding" when they hit something at a high speed, when parts of the car go flying in every direction. 2. Cars "exploding" into flames after they hit something. (Which is fairly uncommon and when it does happen, is nothing like what they show in the movies) 3. Cars "exploding" due to the use of actual explosives, which result in parts of the car and other shrapnel flying in every direction. The damage to the structures around the scene in the pictures I'm looking at on Fox News look like #3. I don't see #1 or #2 doing that. Probably best to keep your heads on swivels in you're traveling this weekend. |

I see a pattern of putting all American gun owners into a certain category. |

I've always found attempted authorative sources from people with limited experience at least partially amusing. "Fire doesn't melt steel" after all. I know, right? Buildings just fall down all by themselves. In general, no, but significant structural damage along with an uncontrolled high temperature blaze tends to result in disassembly without sufficient direct intervention. |

Quoted: yea.. either the car itself was the target of the bomb (if there was one) or the bomb maker REALLY sucks (again if its a 'vbied'). View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Dayum Edit: Doesn't look like a ton of damage for a bomb, at least not a significant one. Or the bomb wasn’t intended to be contained in the vehicle when it detonated. |

Quoted: Because...the media lies? There was no explosion. It was a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. It hit the border crossing infrastructure and disintegrated like vehicles typically do when they crash at high speed. If there was no explosion but the media is saying there was, then I doubt everything else they say after that. View Quote So you think it's a False Flag op to get everyone scared and more agreeable to being locked down? I can get on board with that. ?? |

Either this was a legit terror attack.
Or NY state is the biggest bunch of overreacting morons this side of California. The PTB 100% knew what this was before we ever heard a peep about it. Cameras everywhere there. They’re disrupting a lot of lives & commerce if this is just a car wreck. |

Quoted: Quoted: After seeing this video I'm going with stolen car and a couple of "youths" who were lost when they ran head on into that barricade at a high rate of speed. Who knew upstate NY looks like Chile? Wow. I'm really off my game today... I'll remember that reading is fundamental next time...lol. |

Sounds like feds are pulling off and state will be taking over investigation and info from here on out.
I'm going with stolen kia operated by a couple future doctors. It's been an epidemic around here lately. |

I don't think that's damage from explosives, those white canopies and the lights hanging from them would have been turned into spaghetti. Pictures of car look like a Bentley coupe.

So is an actually a car bomb? The damage looks pretty meh
to be a car bomb of any significance. If it was a car bomb, they failed miserably. |

Weird situation, those control areas are small and confined. Getting a car up to massive speed took some doing if that's what happened
