Reformed gang member uses a GRINDER to remove gang tattoos on his face after turning his life around
Need I say it? FLORIDA !! |
good some times you need to make a dramatic change to make a lasting change. Im glad he is turning it around.
It's actually an improvement. It was voluntary. I support this.
I'd call that dedication to turning your life around. Good for him, hope someone hires him.
Uh, dude......lasers? Even when trying to go straight, an inkie will revert back to inkie behavior. |
Good for him but I'd think the scarring would be worse unless those tattoos were very shallow.

The results were a lot better than I expected.
He must have pretty light touch with a wire wheel. |
Finally something good posted in general discussion. And hes got way bigger balls than me to purposefully take a wire wheel to his face.... I hope he can keep on a positive path.

Wow
Actually worked pretty good. Obviously the guy thought it through and planned out exactly how he was going to do it. This wasn't some drunken face peeling madness. |
He missed a couple of spots. It'll need a second application.

Just because you are smart enough to leave a gang, doesn't mean that you aren't still a moron.

With that neckbeard I assume he'll be moving to a full time career of.22lr ammo flipper.
Tough dude. It looks like it'll heal surprisingly nicely, too. I'm impressed.
And reminded me of that YouTube vid where a guy has a buddy take a disc sander or angle grinder or something to his shoulder to get rid of his tattoo of his ex wife's name.

Article says he did 8 laser treatments at $150 a pop, but it wasn't happening fast enough. Removing the tattoo damaged his eye and almost caused permanent damage but he's fine now.
Sounds like he wants to do right. |

There's no way in hell he used an angle grinder on his face. After using one to make a living as a welder/fitter for five years, I've seen up close and personal what 12,000rpm and a wire wheel can do to skin. There would be large patches of skin stripped clean off if he did.
Ask my forearm how I know. |

View Quote I'm going with this, I just used up two grinding discs and one wheel in a Dewalt angle grinder removing rust from a Warn bumper, no way did he use a wire wheel on his face with a grinder. |

Shit, wire wheels shed way to many pieces of wire for me to ever get one spinning an inch from my eye.
