I was on the motorcycle and didn't feel like carrying it home right then. That was a stupid move. I should have bought it. The ammo for it went on clearance not too long after that and there was a bunch of it near a couple friends' place in MA for a while. You need a firearm license to buy ammo in MA but they would have grabbed it for me.

I bought an a17 but didnt wait till they went that low, got mine for less than 200 though. Iv only ever shot around 50 or so rounds through it but i dont have any complaints, works like its supposed to. Kinda neat action

looks like the fun is coming to an end altogether. looks like walmart changed their entire clearance process so that everyone clearances everything at the same time now at least that's what i'm seeing all around me. i actually cancelled my brickseek subscription. i'll still search and post when i find things, but doesn't look like it's going to be as big as it once was.

Anyone seeing any window units on clearance? Probably still a little early, but don't want to miss it if they are marked down.
I have an upstairs bedroom that has a window unit to help out the central AC on really hot days, and it's not cooling anymore (it's 30 years old, so I think I got my money's worth out of it). Need an 8-10K BTU window unit, and not in any real hurry as it's a spare bedroom now that the older kids have gone off to college. |

Might be worth checking sporting goods counters again. My store just clearanced a bunch of scopes, including a couple nicer(for Walmart) models like a $180 4-12 Bushnell down to $111.
