 Attached FileMy sister and her family came for a visit. My BIL has been using the heck out of this thing. It gets the WIC stamp of approval for a "good working steel" it's O1. I've only made two of these. This one and the one that @smokey has. |

 Because WIC complained I had too many knives for grilling, and because SS complained I did not show how glorious the meat was cooked...And for the record the DFarm knife cut exquisitely. |

Spent the day outside to clear the head. Went to play paintball with the kiddo and he's improving and getting the feel of his set up.
A friend dropped by with some smoked meats. Delicious.  We did some small team drills. Kiddo had some old school guys coaching him between sessions, giving him some real good insights. It was fun seeing him working with dudes older than me and really trying to soak it in After that, inspired by the man, the myth, and the legend @MaxxII , flank steak was on the menu.  The wife said she was not dealing with my nonsense so she got it plated and served before I could set up some Pics in better lighting  The potatoes are par boiled then crisped up in an herbed butter. Delish. |
