Loyal customers buy the stuff cause its their brand, their beer of choice, they buy it out of habit. Once they move on to another beer I don't see them going back. They fall into the same old rut but with a different beer. Generic beers are just that generic. |

I'm sure the rumor mill is working overtime on this subject, especially for the reps selling the swill. I work in a different industry with a similar manufacturer/distributor/end user model. The reps from the disty channel aren't exactly executives....
