Can anyone recommend a good picatinny rail mount for my GoPro Hero?

Never tried them. Never needed to. I live by "buy once cry once" but hey give the $9 one a try and let us know :)

If it's good I'll grab one for 9 bucks. I used to use it for paintball when I played and then when I got into shooting I moved it on over. Neat little thing to have.

if it's the same piece of aluminum simply rebranded, then it's just a matter of wasting money for the ones costing $30+ when there are some available for $9, hence my question.

I've been through two of those.  The plastic top on the set screw breaks off fast and the aluminum is shit and the set screw threads eat it like its wet paper.  Stay away from that amazon one.

noted, thank you. I'd like to get one of the inline models for my various firearms, not an offset model, and have had one saved in my wishlist for a little while.
