Will this cause my death? And yes, I know we all die eventually

It was on sale. |

You’ll be fine. If you own other brands of cordless tool, may not have been a good idea since the batteries aren’t interchangeable. I try to stick to one battery platform.

I bought there 20 volt 1 gallon spot sprayer for those weeds that seem to pop up after it rains here. I bought a adapter to use my DeWalt batteries that works pretty well. The sprayer rocks, I may buy the impact gun and another adapter as I have a few spare dealt chargers and batteries. Just keep it in the trailer.

As you use it, you will slowly gain the ability to speak Chinese.

Quoted: Just keep it in the trailer. View Quote That's the point; I'm putting together a tool kit that will be kept in the trailer. Probably use once of those budget mechanic's tool sets, a good wiring kit, and a reasonably priced meter (no, I'm not buying a Fluke for this applications). Have a 4ft level that will go in the trailer storage, as well. |

Does the Earth move when you use it?
If so, then you’re good to go… |

Expect one use before useless. Anything else is gravy. Lots of gravy in HF tools.

I have a harbor freight angle grinder, including their housebrand cutting wheels
Not dead yet |

I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by the longevity of HF tools compared to other pricier brands.
|
|
Has the Torque Test Channel tested that one?
I like HF stuff when its applicable, but in this instance OP, I'm pretty sure I would have got a Dewalt or Milwaukee for that kind of money |
|
I’ve picked up this bandsaw for a small job I was doing away from my shop.
Not gonna lie. It makes me feel bad how well it works for the price. Made its way to my garage. |

You probably won't die, the HF tool will when you need it most.

Actually I use a face shield more and more for stuff that really only calls for eye pro. Mostly because it doesn't fog up, unlike safety glasses. |

Yes, OP.
Send all your guns and ammo to my local FFL just in case. |

Just bought the hercules 3/8 extended ratchet. it made it 2 weeks before it took a dump. Taking it back tomorrow. Thought I would try it since home depot didn't have the Milwaukee version in stock. wrong choice.

Accessories for a 3/4" were insanely expensive so I returned it and bought a different 1/2" model I had a 10% off coupon for.
Everyone feel better now? Attached File |

I don't evern buy HF battery powered tools.
The reason is that they change the shit too often. Where as, all the major brands are still pumping out tried and true stuff. I have a Rigdig 1/2" 20v impact. I bought it 10 years ago. I can go right into the homeless despot and buy a new battery for it if I so desire. |
|
Sometimes, when people want to borrow my Milwaukee tools, I just go buy them a Harbor Freight version to use. Oddly enough, all my Milwaukee tools still work and are accounted for. No idea where all those Harbor Freight versions went. Saves me money and sanity in the long run.
