Seems to me that if you make firearms (your property) stateside, then you can damn well sell it anywhere you want, since "Potato Head Joe" left over $8B in weapons for the Taliban over in the 'Stan.

Or, is "Poopy Pants" getting yet another "10% for the Big Guy" from a foreign arms maker that wants to shut out US gun makers on their turf?
