You don't have enough money to get me to use those fucking mag extensions when function actually matters. They have a bad habit of cracking where they slide onto the mag, and puking your ammo all over the ground. Then you get turned into bear shit. A shotgun is also easier to shoot well than a handgun, and slugs will put holes in a bear that you can stick 3 fingers into. 9mm against a bear? Call me when you can hit a target the size of a man's hand from across the backyard, when it's moving towards you at 30mph, bobbing up and down all the way. Because that's about how big the "instant off, caliber doesn't matter much" are is on a bear. |

Hell, I duck hunt in the glades holding a 12 gauge, in the water, for 5-6 hours at a time all duck season. You're standing in the water entire time holding the gun. There's no cushy duck blind to smoke cigars and drink beer. |

OP I think they have a somewhat decent reputation even though they are a budget shotgun. My uncle got one and uses it around his place on the regular basis.

The worst kicking-and most accurate-slugs I ever shot were the discontinued Remington Buckhammers. As bad as they hurt to shoot, I was shocked at how small the group was. ETA-Brennekes seem to be the most highly regarded slug available. There's likely a good reason for that. |

LMAO FPDNNI. Must not be a hunter. I've spent days on end doing nothing but walking through waist high grass carrying a 12 gauge, or up, down and around mountains carrying a long action rifle, scope, day pack, binoculars, several bottles of water, etc. It's not impossible. Unless you're a 21'er and can't be bothered to wipe the Cheeto dust off your fingers and leave mom's basement.
