Nfl and players association are looking into the handling of TJ Watts concussion during the last game.
He had a tinted face shield put on which is a big red flag for concussions. |

Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Yes... let's judge a coach that's #3 all time in NFL wins and that has 6 SB rings by how he has performed with a garbage roster and no QB. He still fields a good/great defense. That might be a stretch this season. They haven’t allowed more than 20 points in a game in a month. |

If either the Lions or Bills don't make the playoffs I'm going to......be sad.

Also, personally, I prefer that 2007 ending over heading into the Super Bowl 18-0 as a 14 point favorite and one win away from being crowned the greatest team in NFL history, only to lose to a Wild Card team after being on the wrong end of the greatest play in Super Bowl history. |

View Quote I don't know if I'd call it the "greatest" play in NFL history, but it certainly was the most novel and unbelievable. FWIW, I think the greatest play in SB history is either James Harrison's pick six against the Cardinals or Malcom Butler's pick against the Seachickens. Let's not forget Adam Vinatieri's 45 yard kick in a blinding snowstorm to tie the game with almost no time left in the divisional round against the Raiders. It's certainly the best kick in NFL history. As far as the Patriots/Giants Super Bowl goes, I still don't understand how New England lost that game. It's as if the NE coaches started believing their own press releases and thought they could go on autopilot and win. Both teams fought hard, but the Giants had the better scheme. One thing I remember about that game is how the Giants had no answer for Wes Welker. Seemingly every time Brady threw to him, he was open and gained his usual 8-15 yards, but for some reason the Pats insisted on focusing on Moss even though he was blanketed on every single play. Had they thrown to Welker more, I think they'd have won that game, perhaps by two scores. |

I said it was “the greatest play in Super Bowl history.” And, if you take into account everything (it led to taking down the team many had already crowned “the greatest team in NFL history”), I can’t think of a Super Bowl play that’s even close. Of course I’m talking JUST about the play itself. NOT the call on the play. Joe Buck sounds like he’s placing a drive-thru order. The Helmet Catch No surprise this was the top comment. Quoted: Speaking of the '07 Patriots, a Randy Moss video popped up in my feed this morning. I took a crappy cell phone pic of a screen grab during one of their games that year. If you want to know how high Tom Brady's ceiling was when he had 100% real deal receivers to throw to...just look at this. It's almost unbelievable when you consider it was only half-way through the second quarter: https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/3241/IMG_0484-3061198.jpg We know he was good. But just look at that. It's crazy. View Quote A lot of times Brady won through sheer willpower. He was focused for sure. |

You can tell the cowboys aren't playing.
I wish the bengals would ditch the trick plays. |

He looked like a back up on that series. Hopefully they can keep it up.

They're going to get a TD and then get the ball back after halftime.

Damn, Mullens is a liability under pressure near the red zone.
What a dummy. They could be up at least 13-3 going into the half. |

Wow...it looks like the fumble is going to stand.
Great to see these key turnovers. Higgins with a ridiculous catch there, hopefully. |

I don't get to see many games, so I am watching. They have two guys probably leaving at the end of the year, and they need to throw more of those.

But YES take all the shots you can. Zac and Callahan are both stoic personalities, both need to be more aggressive. |

Thus feels like the Steelers game where Browning was too careful.
Abandoning the run is unfathomable, yet here we are. |
