Probation, community service but no jail for man who defaced Pride intersection
https://cbs12.com/news/local/pride-intersection-alexander-jerich-delray-beach-sentencing-vandalism-probation-community-service-no-jail-criminal-mischief-reckless-driving I find it interesting he has to undergo forced mental health counseling for spinning his tires in an intersection lol All the freaks chopping their dicks off and bolting tits on their chest is the definition of stable mental health today I reckon. The guy from the fake/made up PBC Human Rights Council is demanding 7 yrs in the Penitentiary for the kid |

So you can burn the American flag but no burnouts on the Pride flag?

"We just want to get married. "
"Gay culture" embrace it or be punished. It's the law! |

Punished anymore than a reckless endangerment or wasting finite resources= killdozer.

The only reason he didn't get prison time was because he plead guilty, he still got a felony for it. This is how fucked we are.
Jerich pleaded guilty to felony charges of criminal mischief and reckless driving for defacing the intersection with skid marks last June, during a birthday parade for former president Donald Trump. View Quote |

An appropriate tribute would be dumping a sewage pumper on it.

Quoted: Not to be a buzzkill on the outrage, but you can go burn your own pride flag whenever you want. That said, this punishment seems overly harsh. View Quote I dare you to make an American flag cross walk and see if you can do it without being challenged for it. Then if somebody should burn out across the American flag try to charge them with a crime beyond a simple vehicle code infraction like exhibition of speed. Anything you aytempt will be hit with some 1st Amendment protection argument, certainly not getting away with a hate crime... God awful looney left. |

He caught a fucking felony over what 99.999999999% of cops would cite as a non moving violation????! |

Wouldn't it have been more effective to just accidentally dump over a tote full of paint thinner and let the traffic do the rest?

I hope that dude gets a better lawyer and sues.
The “state” chose to allow the use the surface of the street for political speech. Dude responded to that invitation with his own political speech. Tire marks are expected and normal on the street surface and part of doing business. |

Unrelated fact:
After the first felony, you can't become any more of a felon than you already are no matter what you do. |

He is getting a longer sentence than the guy who ran down a mother and her infant in a stroller out in CA. Wish I could claim to be surprised.

Quoted: felony? WTF? View Quote Progressivism is a lunatic-taliban level religion, and he blasphemed their sacred symbol. He's lucky he wasn't sentenced to being stoned or burned to death, or thrown from a rooftop. Non-communists need to learn how to play the game. "The truck went out of control! The paint must have been very slippery! And sue the city for the emotional damage inflicted. |

Spokane announced that it's going to paint a rainbow on a downtown street.
Can't wait to spill a few gallons of paint thinner or acetone on it. |

Felony for something stupid. Need anymore proof of how easy it is to strip you of your rights?

They didn't give him time in jail or prison to prevent an appeal, because if push comes to shove, the SCOTUS would rule it protected speech and the only thing he could be charged with is excess show of speed or whatever traffic violation they give for doing a burnout. |

LOL, He didn't get convicted of a hate crime but had he been convicted of criminal mischief reckless driving he would have done time. LOL Jail would not have been kind to that kid.

Haha I actually know that guy! He and his mom used to come into Publix all the time to buy sandwiches. He always wore a cowboy hat, cowboy boots, confederate flag belt buckle and carried a big ass buck hunting knife in a sheath on his hip. We always talked about guns at the counter, cool dude!

One thing i just don't get is why do you have to keep telling everyone how proud you are if you're actually proud. It sounds like they're trying to convince themselves.
