My wife is woken up all night by my loud snoring. I was hit in the face during a baseball game in college and have a deviated septum. She wakes up really early for work and I feel bad about causing her to loose sleep. Anyone found anything that works other than surgery?

Loose weight. No booze 4 hours before bed.
Before i lost the weight (190 lbs equals snore for me) I had a special pillow that kept my head tilt in a way that I could not snore. But weight was the big thing. Doc even told me that anyone with a size 16 or larger neck had a really high chance of being a snorer. |

Quoted: Um yes I am. anytime I get bitched at for snoring. I can honestly say I slept like the dead and have ton of energy during the day after I wake up. So yes. Its and excellent deep sleep. Not all people who snore are in need of CPAPQuoted: My girlfriends just smacks me. I don't need a CPAP. If I am snoring it means I am in a real deep excellent sleep. No you arent. CPAP I love mine. |
