I have a GE washing Machine WBSE3120B2WW that will fill up with water normally upon selecting a cycle but when it comes to the rinse cycle it over flows with water.  any ideas thanks

Does it ever drain at all?



Sock in the drain tube?

yes drains and spins normally, just over flows. have to close water valves to stop water

Mine did that. Check the water level sensor. Mine was clogged with grease. Water pressure forces an air switch to close at the selected water levels. It was mounted on the side of the tub.
