We're getting ready to rent out our house.  It needs a complete interior paint job.  All walls one color, trim and doors need to be painted white.  House is about 1500 sqft give or take.   I'll do all the patching and stuff.  In 3 bedrooms there will be no carpet (bare concrete).  The rest of the house is either laminate floors or tile.  The house will be empty.

The power is turned off, but I could provide a generator for lights and what not.

Anybody here do this or know someone reliable?

Painters are one step above prison.  They all suck.  It will just be varying degrees of disappointment no matter who you hire.

LOL

That's why I was hoping someone here did it or knew someone that was at least reliable.  Hell, I don't even care if it's one of you guys that pretty much knows how to paint and wants to make some cash after work.  I just need to get it done.

That hurts.  Ive been painting since I was a little kid, my father has been a painter his whole life, as has my brother in law.  I painted my way through culinary school.  Id volunteer my services but I just took on a new restaurant and im burried trying to get the place running right.

That's a little harsh coach.

Like everything else, one needs to be willing to pay for quality. I can't compete with cost (and will not) against the guy working from out of a pick up truck or guys that don't care and make minimum wage. But then you'll never get anything close to what I do either.

This is my work. You get what you pay for...they paid for the best with the floor, they compromised with the walls.

I'm not cheap, and material choice dictates most of the cost. If you want something done correctly the first time get ahold of me.

I'm based out of Tempe.

Edit: That's a $5000.00 floor.

I couldn't afford you.

I'm looking for the guy that works for minimum wage.  It's going to be a rental.

Doing a job properly and on time comes with a cost. You might go down to the Sherwin Williams or Dunn Edwards and ask them for the best guy who does side jobs.

I got a guy yo can call.   Not sure what he will charge but I know he has done  houses. I plan on hiring him to do my house this winter.  He is a legal immigrant and looks kinda like your average sketchy mexican but I promise you can trust him. He is a good guy. I worked with him for quite a while. I wanted to hire him to be my helper at the new shop I am going to but he is looking to start up his own business soon and didn't want to leave me hanging.
