Great question. I was going to start a new thread but decided to join yours in the hopes that someone from Rainier will take notice and help us out. I placed an order on 1/11 for a FM pistol. They requested my FFL send their license which was sent a few days after the order was placed. The pistol did ship but they shipped it to the wrong address, my FFL’s old address. I noticed when deliver showed it failed and I sent an email to sales in the hope they could get it sorted with UPS. They never responded. I watched tracking as the pistol traveled across country for another week and arrived back at Rainier last Friday. Still no contact so I called Saturday morning and spoke to a nice woman who said they were behind in shipping but I should hear from them later that day. That was last Saturday and still no email or phone call. I explained that I spoke to my FFL and they verified that they sent a current FFL. I explained that I still want the pistol but don’t feel I should have to pay for shipping again. Anyhow, it would be nice to hear from someone at the company.
