Once a year or so, we look at our file with completed warranty work in it and go over everything and double check ourselves.
Looking back at roughly 800 PVS14 units and seeing 4 that came back for warranty issues.
Results-
All four units were turned back around to the customer within 24 hours of us receiving it here "in house", including one unit where a year into ownership of it, the tube failed (it's extremely rare but tube failures do happen). So including swapping out an entire tube, all four of these warranty issues were turned back around to the customer within 24 hours of receiving the unit here "in house."
We put warranty work
AHEAD of new sales. What does that mean? That means if you have an issue, when a unit gets back here, it goes on the bench AHEAD of any new work. Parts are rarely an issue but that would be the only variable in that equation. Point being, if there is a warranty issue, we put you at the front of the line of work, not in the back.
