Found a Walmart with plenty of clearance 223 but they refused to sell me more than 3 boxes and quoted their "long rifle" ammo policy. The Assistant Manager was also gun dumb. I'm planning on going back tomorrow and hopefully get an employee or manager that knows the difference between 22LR and centerfire ammo.
I also tried calling another Walmart to check their stock but that employee was clueless on all things guns. Reality hit me that Walmart employees are as dumb as their average customer. |

No ammo(on clearance) at my location but several of the $130-150 pellet rifles marked down to $30-79.
Motorcycle AGM batteries were also on clearance, about 75% off. |

Well...since this is the "official" thread now I'll update, in this thread.
Last night scored 25 boxes of Suprema at $1.50/box !! Today scored almost 35 boxes of Suprema at $1.50/box !! mixed between 7.5 & 8 shot.. BOOM !!! Hope it's good, can't imagine it isn't....that's like pre-1975 "Federal brand" comparison pricing |

This stuff never shows up at my local store. Maybe because it opened this past spring. Couple of other places show the .223 and birdshot, so will give those a try.
