Both ways...white on black and black on white...that area was the most openly racist I've ever seen in my almost 40 years. Next there will be the argument that potentially, in actuality, realistically private land is actually the government's. If land can be condemned by eminent domain then the government can decide what is displayed on your land. What do you want to bet that if taken to court in the 9th circuit it would stand more than a chance of surviving.
