It looks like the pentigon crooneck flaslight, that little one. I saw one today for $100 which i aint sure if its pricey or not but i want one. Its 150 lumens & a swing lever mount. It takes 2 cr123 batteries.

Do you mean this? If so I wouldn't recommend it, UTG is pretty much synonymous with crap.

Yeah thats it. I think $100 is WAY to high even if it were name brand. Im going to use it for just a home or shop light. I plan on making a belt clip for it. What model is it? So, utg is crap? Breaking or what?

UTG uses really sub par components. Cheap metal, poor wiring, poor lamp construction, you name it. If you want a good angle light, you can get a good one like this streamlight polytac for less than 50 bucks.

or energizer has revived the old pentagon molle light (now called the vest light) for around 30 bucks

You may want to try some of the Zebra LED lights. They make some really nice 90 degree LEDs (including some designed to clip to a belt). Here is an example:

The Surefire one is pretty good but very pricey. Don't know anything about the Crimson Trace one and I pretty much hate UTG/Leapers junk.

Honestly, I'd go with a separate light and vertical grip setup.

Thanks guys & i appreciate the info. Im not really looking for a rifle light now. I just want a replacement for my pentigon crook eck. But that one i mentioned with the quick detatch was just about the same size plus having the option of mounting it is kinda a plus is all.
