which one, the Finnish Lahti, the Soviet Ptrd or Ptrs, the British Boys?

Hell, even the Japanese had a huge 20mm anti tank rifle, i think it was even full automatic

not too sure if the Germans used the Mauser anti tank rifle in WWII or not

The PTRS-41 was just an SKS on steroids... Simonov scaled it down for the 7.62x39 round.

There is also the massive semiauto Solothurn S/18 20mm the Germans used. Postwar a bunch of them were dumped on the surplus market here in the US, and they pop up for sale from time to time.

Ammo for any of the anti-tank guns is often a pain in the ass to find and is expensive when you do.

Like this one?

Belongs to a friend of mine (that's his daughter).

It's fun to shoot!  20 mm makes quite the impression on the shooter (and the spectators!)

Here it is being fired single shot about 2 years ago at one of our shoots...

The Lahti, as there were only about 1900 rifles manufactured and I suppose that both the Brits and the Soviets manufacured a lot more.

Here's a Boys .55 we found in Iraq in 03'.  There were German and Polish 7.92mm very large cartridge cased ctgs using large Mauser actions at the beginning too.
