Seems like theres always a faction of them at any race. IIRC there were a couple CX races that started having fb divisions when FBs first got popular. Maybe that junkyard one in PA? Or Im confused. Either way though, do it! I know just registering for an event always gets me anxious and motivated. Is it in NM? Got out for some DH laps with my kid on Sunday. So let's see, I was blowing leaves off of the trails a little more than a week ago...

Some DH laps last Monday, groomers were frozen and running way fast in the morning, then everything turned to mashed potatoes once things warmed up, then firmed back up during the eclipse. Fun day.
Attached File Attached File Mt. Washington and Tuckerman Ravine from Wildcat, during the totality Attached File Then snuck out for a 10 mile recon ride this morning.... Ended up doing trail work, clearing tons of blowdown. Still pockets of snow around and a bunch left up higher, wet and muddy as hell Probably a couple weeks before there's any real trail riding.
