Hey everyone,
With how popular BBQ has gotten in the last several years, it was time for it to be taken out of the cooking forum and start one up! This forum is to educate and share your BBQ experiences. As we all know, there are many ways to skin a kat! The only way to make good BBQ, is to make bad BBQ, so let's not beat people up when they ask questions or post their photos! I do enjoy some banter as we all know, offset smoking is the ONLY way to go! Let's have some fun, post a lot of pictures, and learn along the way! Smoke on my brothers! |

If you want to step up your BBQ game or any meat game look for Meat Church they are in TX, and have a instagram Page. they have bumped my game up! You have to try their seasonings.

Next time I used it I set the temp 50 below then ramped it up a little until bit to sneak up on set temp. They need to work on their algorithm. My bbq guru didn’t do that. Just an fyi. |

Wife let me fill out the cut sheet on our last cut sheet and we ended up with too many roasts. She doesn’t do many roasts so we decided to smoke a pikes roast.
