Submitted an E Form 1 individual for another lower today, hoping it goes through quickly like my last SBR did at 28 days or even sooner like many posters are reporting currently. Also used the electronic fingerprint file for the first time, so I'm hoping that goes through on the form as well.
That being said, I am considering doing another 1 or 2 SBRs as well, but as the title says, one of them is the PSA Ghostgun-15 lower. I have to laugh because I'm actually figuring that ATF might reject the approval just simply for the fact of the ghost on the magwell flipping the bird as well as the FUJB for the selector markings. I don't think they will find the humor in Ghostgun-15 as the model and the serial staring with BOO either.
I mean, what's the worst they can do, say no? I think it would actually be quite funny if they did approve and of course as long as everything is correct I can't see a legitimate reason why they can't, especially in light of the fact that I have multiple NFA items already.
So, if I do decide to submit, what do you guys think my chances are for approval?
