Oh I thought you were talking about this abomination. This is one of those cars that I see on the road where I can't help but think, out of all of the other cars on the dealer lot, the driver chose that one to fork over thousands of dollars for. http://www.briggsnissan.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Nissan-Offers-Some-New-Features-for-2013-Nissan-Cube.jpg View Quote This and the JUKE...I'm wondering which cartoon artist Nissan got to design those abominations. |

Wounder if wood grain will make a comeback.
Pinto Pacer Gremlin and Mustang II's were all nightmares to look at while on the road. The 70's Hornet was not much better. |

What was the Nader not safe at any speed car? Was that a specific car..I know they always show the same picture of some funky looking car when they talk about it.

Quoted: I loved my 2002 Aztec. I had a FWD version with mid range options. The AWD was a little too expensive so I got a FWD version with mid range options. That car would go anywhere. It had great ground clearance. The interior was spacious and well thought out. It isa great car. I gave it to my step sister 5years ago and she still drives it. Funny note, the blue book value on it went back up by about $500 after Breaking Bad got popular. Even if there's something uglier, I don't want to see it. That's my all time least favorite vehicle. Ironically...it was tested in a target market of college aged and slightly older outdoorsy types. It meets every one of their requirements....but it's ugly as shit...so it didn't sell well. ETA: Ok...the multipla gives it a run for the money... I loved my 2002 Aztec. Could GM not think of any new names in the 60's 70's.
Corvette Chevelle Chevette Corvair Bel Air You think a car named after a Corvette and a Chevelle would be awesome...not so much. THe ford escort was no beauty queen either. |

If they made a Sedan version I would have been all over it.
ETA: I thought this thread was going to be about the Cadillac CTS. |

It had a very strange transaxle diff. It would spin the inside wheel as you'd expect when the wheel is turned. However, regardless of the traction of either front tire, when you pointed the wheel straight, it would mimic posi-traction. If suck, all I had to do to get moving was to point the wheel straight for a moment to get some inertia. I'm not sure why it did this as an open diff. Every other FWD car I've owned would spin one or the other in a straight line, but the Citation would not, almost as if by design. Mine actually made it past 100,000. |

I had a mid 80s Cavalier wagon that was like that. I was going home from a class and one of the girls got her Isuzu Trooper stuck of the side of the road. The Cavalier pushed it back onto the road. Sorry will disagree. That's retro-funk cool.
The Citroen (pretty much any model) fills the "ugliest" slot. |
