Source is very questionable, but they were the first ones to break the lung cancer story, so they may have a line on this.

Yes, that's true, but keep in mind that this woman is getting the best healthcare in the world. Maybe the President gets better care, but that's about it. She's not Grandma who worked like a mule all her life and is getting whatever treatment Medicare will pay for. These people don't live to be ancient because they got good genes, they live so long because they get fantastic care.
