Sector Miami has a few of these new coastal patrol boats. That looks like a 25mm gun on the bow, I bet that would do a number on a fiberglass yacht.

There was some discussion on the radio this morning about how many Chinese are crossing both borders now, that it is being facilitated by the Chinese mafia who have been able to develop extensive global networks and
transport Chinese nationals to various parts of the world with the U.S. as the most sought after destination. They have three main smuggling methods, often used in combinations, to transport Chinese nationals into the U.S. One strategy is to travel to Mexico or Canada “by some means” and then illegally cross the borders into the United States, they work hand in hand with the cartels in the south thus the most prevalent method. A second strategy is to fly into the United States through transit points outside China, this requires fraudulent documents, fake visas etc... that enable them to enter the country. Apparently a large number of Chinese are also smuggled into the U. S. in fishing trawlers or freighters etc... now yachts. Once here just like in movies and TV shows they work in sweatshops for the Chinese mafia to payoff their smuggling debt. Another way they are doing it is the use of birth tourism, the Chinese are one of the biggest partakers of the birth tourism trade, pregnant women fly over to give birth, their children get dual citizenship, they get an anchor. So it is a good bet that the Chinese Mafia is responsible for a big part of the coronovirus spread all over the world because you know they have not shut down. |

I know the non smuggled ones (those of means) are snapping up high end real estate in CA like it is going out of style. There is a high end community near me ($2.5 mil for a starter home) that is steadily being taken over by Chinese nationals. Reason I know is those homes used to belong to my clients and I have had "one and done" meetings with many of the new owners. Once they realize that I won't warranty 10 year old gear purchased by the previous owner, won't order product with zero deposit and my labor rate is more then $10/hr, we are pretty much done. |
