I just got a couple of flexfit hats. I like them. One of my coworkers loves Findlay hats, I'm thinking about getting one of those too.

Sunday Afternoons hat. Only wear it if you're prone to skin cancer, it's really goofy looking. Blonde hair, blue eyed, or freckled people are most at risk for it from the sun.

Larue hats are my favorite.
As for trucker caps, the best fitting one I had was a Browning hat. I also have a Ten Point mesh back hat that fits pretty well. |

I have 4 different versions of these Rapdom caps. They're trucker structured. I wore one of them for 3 years religiously before the stitching came out on the back, so I ended up buying a few more.
