First off, you must understand G19 guys will literally do anything other than just buy a G17.
- Oh bro I put a compensator on it - Oh bro did you see the new Gloxxx it has G17 grip so you get more rounds but it's got that G19 slide bro - the size comparison between G19/G17 is laughable - Sure I'll give up two rounds for literally no reason - OH MAN WHAT IF AN EXTRA INCH CAUSES YOU TO PRINT BRO - Do not worry I will have a larger heavier pistol than a G17 once I'm done upgrading my G19 Why are G19 people like this? |

Because they have not discovered the VP9 sk, with the larger mags.

Got both and I'm not gay.
Not that there's anything wrong with that. Unless you believe that there's something wrong with that. Fuck it, believe whatever the hell you want - it's just a pistol FFS. |

it's weird when people get so wrapped up in what others choose
carry what you want |

For me the difference is your height/weight/body shape.
If I was 6' 4" 225 lbs of chiseled muscle like the rest of GD I'd be carrying a G17. But, my sub 6 foot, 175 lb ass prefers a G19 for carry. As pointed out above, you can put a 17 mag in a 19 making the whole argument rather mute. |

It is a fantastic concealed carry gun and I have multiple flavors of it (MOS, 45, OD, C). Nothing gay about it.

G17 for the Hoosier Empire. G48 for suit wearing and sneaky sneaky in our heathen neighbors.
Also, I have a 44 and am glad to have it but have to break my grip to reload; no such problems with the 17. (still need to get a 17 milled for that RMR I've had for almost 3 years ) |

Lord I hope not, or I have been lying to myself for many years. Mine is the best all around pistol I own. No need for me to go into its praises. Look at Glocks advertising and you have my exact thoughts. If you need more rounds, practice more!

Competition optic? A gunfight is a competition. I would prefer to win. Olight. Lights that extend past the slide are the definition of ghay. Really ghay. The magazine comes that way because it IS the superior option. Why you no like things I like? |

No
G19 because smaller and I can carry an extended mag if need be. A threaded barrel is the same Length as a G17 barrel. My G19 with a threaded barrel and extended mag does everything a G17 can. Honestly as a guy who carried a G17 for 20 yrs, a G19 makes the G17 irrelevant for the most part. And I have two G19s a G17 and a P320. |
|
How about the PSA Dagger? Basically an ergonomically improved G19. If you haven’t succeeded with 15+1 shots, two more probably won’t help much in a panic situation.
Now if you were John Wick, there would be 20 or thirty bad guys down. |

Mk23 lol. Get a platypus brother. Unloaded mk23 is what a third of what my Uzi weighs.
