I have seen several postings about problems with the 9mm that uses Glock magazines where
1) The hybrid bolt is hitting the rear right side of the ejector and taking a notch out of it and damaging the front of the bolt face
2) The right side of the ejector is scraping inside the bolt tracks
3) Rough finish on the bolt rails causing it to not ride smoothly in the upper
Here are 2 posts about the issue...

Issue with pictures here in Rimfire and Pistol calibers forum
My lower came from PSA like this too.
Probably from test firing at the factory.
What is PSA's recommendation on how to correct these issues?
Has PSA made or will they make changes in the ejector design?
Are there any long term problems continuing to run a 9mm lower and hybrid bolt with these issues?
With a PSA 9mm lower and an upper with a hybrid bolt costing this much, the fit, finish and function should be better.
Some say you can rig it by either bending the ejector toward the left side or putting washers on the right side of the ejector to move it farther left away from the bolt.
These do not look like good solutions because it could move the ejector too far to the left and cause failures to eject.
