I can only speak for myself and maybe I’m in the minority so take it for what it’s worth.
I think the PLxC with the Nova is going to be a huge success and probably top dog LPVO.
The GLx 1x is ok, better glass is always well, better but I have to say having the same reticle is disappointing. I would have like to have seen the chevron replaced with a 2 moa Nova dot, perhaps thin out the horseshoe a bit and keep the ranging bars. With my SLx 1x it is almost impossible to make out the chevron even with the diopter correctly adjusted, my eyes just are unable to resolve it so I end up with an uneven comma to work with, same with the GLx 2x. The chevron works well on the 3x so it’s simply a matter of scaling.
I’m also disappointed there is no GLx 4x with an integrated top rds mount. In my mind you could crush the Acog with this optic. Give me an updated GLx 4x and allow me to cleanly mount a Holosun eps (507k pattern) and it would be fantastic.
In the higher magnification prisms the GLx 2x form factor makes more sense as it gets the ocular lens where you need it without the cantilever mounts that are proving to be a reliability issue.
In the future it would be cool to see some GLx prisms offered in the peanut butter pickle color.
Anyway, there is my 2 or 3 cents worth…
