Hey just looking for some clarification on the matter since it seams to not really be spelled out for some of us simple minded folk,
If we (wife and I) have a trust and both are the only Responsible Persons on the trust, and have,
- an account with Silencer Shop
- Finger Print cards (EFT type) on file with Silencer Shop
- Current Photos on Silencer Shop
- No Changes with Trust with in last 24 Months since last approval (last stamp approval was July of 2022)
- 3 ARs that are in possession (Certified assignment to inventory (notarized) prior to Final Rule being published 2021R-08F in Federal Register) & SBA3 Pistol Braces ruling them as to be SBRs all with 12" or shorter barrels
Can we use the Beta Form1 eforms within Silencer Shop's portal to apply for the stamps and register them as long as descriptions are listed (they are Aero and Spikes in 300, 5.56, and 308) using the information and above listed items already is the system at Silencer Shop (ATF eForms says you can submit finger prints for Form1 applications via electric "EFT" type or 2 Papper cards per application and mail with cover letter under the sign in portal for the new ruling)
OR
Do we need to get 6 sets of finger print cards for each of us (3 applications) and file ourselves using the ATFs eForm Site?
We would Defiantly rather spend $50 each and register using Silencer Shop instead of getting that many Finger Print Cards from local LEO office and mailing them knowing they could get lost and start all over cause of the 10 day time frame.
I am sure there is at least one other person wondering the same thing.
An absolute answer from Silencer Shop would be great, hate to spend $150 just to find out I have to do it the manual way cause the app isn't working with the new brace Ruling 2021R-08F.
Thanks
