I started a form 1 with SS 28 days ago, received the email to DocuSign the required forms, 7 days later. Since that day, the link for my wife (the other responsible person on the trust) has not worked and returns an error message. I have emailed support multiple times, receiving a reply 3-5 days later with no resolution to the issue. My last email was sent 7 days ago, with no reply yet. I have done 3 previous form 4's with SS and never had an issue... this experience is really disappointing.
I'd like to get this resolved as soon as possible. I've already started the process with SS, and really don't want to cancel, ask for a refund, and start all over again filing the form 1 by myself.
