What are your requirements for the hosting agency and range?
For Armorer Courses we need a classroom. It should have decent lighting so people can see small parts, and it should be in a location where we would not be disruptive when hammering pins on firearms. The room will need to be equipped with tables and chairs, each person needs about 3' of table top space. We provide all tools, bench vised, etc, for a course to happen. We usually do not do any shooting during armorer courses, though sometimes we are requested to by agencies during our Advanced AR-15/M-16 Armorer Course.
For a shooting course we need access to a gun range. The range doesn't need to be fancy, just have a safe backstop. For most courses we shoot paper & cardboard targets (we provide these), the range will need some type of target stands to be able to staple targets to. If the range allows, we will provide steel targets. For a tactics course on vehicles, we will need vehicles provided which can usually be accomplished by checking with your local tow company or vehicle junk yard.
