Both my .22 MP5 knock offs, GSG 5 and an “H&K”. Threads like this make me think of selling them.

You will think I'm crazy but my useless entry is a HK Mark 23 pistol. It's way too big to be useful especially with my small hands but it is just too cool and the price was right...

My Glocks have been incredibly reliable, much more so than most other brands I've owned. I just don't want a striker fired pistol anymore. |

Seriously though- a fucking Tac 14 is 99.9% the same as the cut down SBS 870 Police Magnum I had, which I carried for breaching doors. I even bought my own AOW 870 before Shockwaves and TAC14’s ever existed….and could have saved about $300 plus a $5 NFA stamp if they had been around when I got the AOW. Shockwaves and TAC-14’s are pretty useful in the right situations. |

I bought an Altor in .380 and then, with a SOT friend, redesigned it into an AOW. It's still stupid, but slightly less so.

How about the Bushmaster ARM Pistol? Sold it because it would not run well…. Damned cool design, but utterly unreliable. At the time I didn’t know how to fix or tweak any guns, but I am pretty damned certain the 25 year later me could have it working a lot better pretty easily, even if it meant redesigning parts…. They still command a premium from collectors as well.
Heard they might be being made again, but WA commies have closed the door on that possibility…. Never sell the cool ones! |

I had one of the first-generation Tec-22 Scorpions. It really was a fun plinker but had a bad habit of doubling, tripling, and on one occasion about a 10-shot burst. I sent it back after seeing a recall notice in the American Rifleman and they fixed it. I got spooked for some reason before the 94 ban and sold it.
The other would be a Taurus PT22 with a tip-up barrel. It was a fun range toy but that 30-pound double-action-only trigger pull made sure it stayed in its case in the back of the gun closet. |
