Here's my old one...

I wasn't real happy with the way it turned out so I parted most of it off and re-did but I do not having any pics of it in it's current config.

What do you think of the 16" barrel compared to the 14.5" barrel?

Also, what size KAC rail panels are you using on the bottom of your rail system with the KAC front grip?

Thanks

I like the 16" barrels.  Partly because of the little extra velocity and mainly because I do not have to permanently attach anything to the front end.  No SBR for me ever where I live

Bottom KAC panels - standard 2 rib near delta ring, the other a modified panel equivalent to a 3 rib cut off before rib #4.  Works well on all my carbine rails.  If you use a TD forward grip, you will need to cut off another 1/8 inch.   Miter box and sand paper are all you need to do this.

The m4gery has: Surefire rail, Tangodown covers, LMT heavy M16 bolt, H buffer, funky painted chrome lined bushmaster barrel and the receiver was refinished with norrells moly resin. I topped it off with an Elcan from the EE and a ergo grip and Vltor.

The kicker is that it shoots 1 MOA with winchester wally world white box without being freefloated.
My 20 inch shoots 1.5 to 2  MOA
