The step will be in the normal location, just in front of the front of the sight base. Denny |

Just curious, does anyone have the diameter measurements for a standard 16in HBAR? Denny, will this be significantly lighter?
Regarding weight, i've got two different weight estimates for a 16in HBAR from this site. One is 2.3 lb, the other is 2.7. i assume the difference is a question of what's included-- FSB, etc. But compared to the 2.5 lb estimate for Denny's barrel, we seem to be in a similar ballpark. Or? Thanks! GH |
Any idea on pricing yet?? I looking for 2 barrels and from the discription yours fit the mark perfectly.
I believe my RRA stainless middy was .98" under the HGs before I had it turned. I think BM HBARs are in the .9" neighborhood. This should be lighter than factory HBAR midlengths like RRA, but I'm not sure it would be lighter than a HBAR with the shorter HGs. |

Standard Bushmadster Hbar: .980", then a step down .850" for about 3 inches before the FSB. |

Sent a couple e-mails with questions. Not deal breakers, just some side questions about the barrel/options, about some of your other products as well. Just wondering if you got them.
Thanks, Gundraw |

think his email is acting up. |
shite! I sent him an e-mail last night trying to get an update |
if theres an update it'll most likely be posted right here. |

Nothing really new to report. The barrels are being profiled and then off to chrome plating
I would say 30 days out or so. Denny |
so is there a line we can get in? |
+1 I noticed you said there were some shipping rates that were gonna effect the prices. Do you have a "worst case scenario" price? Gundraw |
Yes. yes, the line, where is it? |
Wheres the line start? I am definately interested and would like to get on any list that may have started. I am still waiting on some other barrels of a similar design but who knows when they will arive.his
Line starts behind me! Say Denny, I sent you an email inquiring about YHM lightweight four rail tubes for midlength. Did you receive it? Thanks, Dennis |

30 days? Perfect! I definitely need one of these. WIZZO |
NO! That's 28 days as of today, WIZZO! |
Yes my good man but where's the LIST? |
I can handle $300-$325, but over that and it'll be too high for me.
WIZZO |
that price is good for me! Sign me up.H

I would take two if I could get one in a super lt. wt. profile...
I have a LaRue .625 gas block waiting on a project... Regardless... this configuration by this barrel maker and the smitty you are using still sounds like a hot ticket... :) |

Okay here is how I am going to do the line for these barrels.
I am going to put them on the website under the heading. "Chrome lined 1:7 Barrel" Some may stumble over it by accident by it is for the good people on this site. Don't paypal for the barrel(s) but if you are ordering by Credit Card just proceed like a regular order and I will charge the card when I ship your barrel. The basic barrel will come with the F height taper pinned front sight and barrel nut. There will be an option to order with complete Delta ring assembly. Another option will be with a Gas Tube and roll pin and the third basic option will be with Delta Assembly and Gas Tube and roll pin. If you need something special just put it in the comments section of the order. If you order using PayPal I will call you when the barrels come in and you can then send the paypal. By using the website the order will be established and the number of barrels can be monitored by me so they don't get over-sold. If the barrels sell out prior to their arrival I will put an out of stock notice on the barrels. This is the best plan I can come up with to keep track and be certain of the order in which requests to purchase these barrels were received. Thanks for all the interest and now we can proceed to get the line going. Denny |
Sounds good Denny. Your website is one of the cleanest for ordering IMO.
Thanks buddy. This was the easiest plan for everyone I could come up with. The website will automatically keep track of all barrels ordered, quantities, contact info etc and it will be entirely fair and impartial. Denny |
Mongo, Thanks my friend. Your ordering one means a lot to me. These barrels will not disappoint. They are the best of everything. Denny |

Thank god I checked AR15.com before I went to work. Now I know what I am working for today!

I have to ask, I notice the price on the website is $325 for the barrel. Is that just entered at the max amount possible so we can reserve barrels, or is that the final price? I imagine so, but was just checking.
Mine's reserved! Thanks, Gundraw |
SHould we reserve a barrel though the webstore for complete builds as well? Re: our telephone conversation, 14 June, I switched my upper build order from the stainless Recon barrel to this one. I need to call you about someting else ( emails are bouncing) Are you in teh shop at all this weekend or not until Tuesday? Thanks, Dennis |
Order placed. I requested that the FSB be left off the barrel if you could.
Thanks! Dave |
Order placed. I too requested that the front sight be left off. If this cannot be done I understand.
Thanks Denny! |
Judging by the number of people who want the front sight base left off (and no marring holes drilled through the barrel), one would hope this would be an option.
But the die is cast... |
hey anyone get an error message when ordering????
man.........just thought about it, did the initial 50 sellout?? this sucks. |
How far did you get in the checkout process? Try again! |
