I feel sorry for the poor intern police techncian who had to un-skewer the head. I could picture them all standing there playing rock, paper scissors.....
I've seen that series of pics before. Theres another series running around the net where another guy did the same thing, but the only thing he left on the fence was his testicles.
Or the lids slammed shut on impact. One less Cynthia McKinney voter. |

I remember reading about those pics... Apparently he was a drug dealer and to escape the police he jumped over the bridge not realizing it was as high as it really was - He put his head on a pike with that move.
Now if we could get all of the low-lifes just like him to do the SAME thing.
Yeah... those pics are nasty. Thanks for the warning. But.... seeing something like that in person is even worse. A lot worse. |
Looks like one of those evil warning signs the tribes use to put up on the edge of there territory in the jungle.
Remember, only one person on that highway was professional enuf to jump off!
Back home, the head would be left there as a warning to the other "families".
It would be just a warning. They should have done the same thing. |
OH Great. Another frickin Democrat. |
I've seen these pics before, but not with the hilarious commentary that some of the posts on this thread provided. Well done, ARFCOM.

I was thinking the same thing. I say someone (other than him ) put it there! <- conspiracy, not soap. |
I have a buddy that is Atlanta PD and he told me about an incident like this, but I had no idea there were photos in civilian hands. Seems like by the other posters' statements this is probably the same guy.

If you were just decapitated, there is a chance you have a few seconds of conciousness. Neurologists argue whether the trauma of decapitation instantly shocks the brain into unconciousness or not. Read up on guillotines if you want to hear first hand accounts (onlookers, not participants, obviously). But this guy probably hit falling with his back down, the fence rail penetrated his neck and up into his skull. With his head firmly in place, his body just ripped off at the neckline, starting with the penetration wound at the back of the neck. Considering that the fence rail probably comes very close to exiting the top of his skull (I'm not going to go back and look again and dwell on those pictures to figure it out), I'm going to venture a guess that he had no real conciousness left by the time his body seperated from his head. His brain was already severely damaged by the fence rail. |

When I saw Lootie's head on the post I could not control the laughter........ROTFLMAO!
Oh my! Can you say crackhead? |
I just went back to check, and held a straight edge up to the screen for comparison, and I think that post might actually be through the skull and just under the hair. If not, it must have bent forward enough to keep it from protruding. All my funny comments were already used, soooooooooooo <Insert witty comment here> |

We've got an "expressway" that's about 1 mile long in our town. Right next to it is a railroad overpass.
We've had sailors go out, get drunk, and walk back to base. About once a year one of them decided to "just hop over the guard rail" to get to the tracks to cross over and get back to base. Little problem - the roadway and the tracks are separated by an on ramp. It's blocked at the part where it would enter the "expressway", so they don't notice it. The bottom of the underpass where the ramp originates is about 27 feet or so below the "top" grade. And as a general rule sailors (and the rest of humanity) doesn't |

whoa, those pics are actually kinda neat, in a morbid kinda way
Dunno why he ran, must have lost his head
+1 on the oldness, but dayummmm......still worthy |
Kinda like when we kill a coyote and leave it hangin on the fence? |
What I want to know is......When a headless body hits the pavement, and nobody is around, does it make a sound?
That's probably one of the worst things I've ever seen. It's right up there with that pic of the Iraqi insurgent who had his hair parted by a 7.62, but left his jaw intact

One of the fire fighters on scene of that incident works out at my martial arts club.
He confirms it's real. Also says it took 2 guys to pull the head of the fence. It made a really cool sucking sound as it came off...so he says... |

Just knew someone couldn't resist the challenge. |
