I am about 87% sure Dallas isn't going to resign Dak to an extention and he hits free agency in 2025. I think he has a pretty decent market for his services, and that Jerry Jones will do something completely retarded like bringing in a minor league pitcher to try and make him into a QB, again.

I am afraid that for those of us who are fans of Dallas, we are about to enter a dark age not seen since the Dave Campo era

Could Jerry have known he wasn't planning on resigning Dak which is why he traded for Lance????
With Lance, Rush and possibly a Round 2 QB pick they expect to find themselves a Dak 2.0????

Is he dumping Prescott ??? Lots of noise about that the past couple of days.
I kind of hope he keeps him because I love watching their QB's choking so badly in WC games to much 'lesser' teams.

I am starting to think that Jerry is cleaning house after this season.

That dude is so old he shouldn't even be buying shampoo in bulk at Costco, let alone contemplating a rebuild.

The XFL 3.0 (or whatever it’s called this time) started yesterday and it seems no one even noticed.

I saw some random commercial attempting to hype it up and the person they picked to generate interest in a football league was an obese woman.

I watched part of the first game. The Stallion's and some other team. Combining league's and continuing to only have 8 teams doesn't help their cause. Hard to get into it when they fold so often.

Could be. Patrick bought Britney a black Urus a few years ago.

ETA: That wasn’t their Urus and from the below pic, none of the participants looks like Rice.

Yeah, it looks like it happened on the highway. I can't find an article without a paywall. I see street racers every day. Vets and Lambos from time to time. Usually a Mustang involved.

Looks like he has “retained counsel” who will be releasing a statement tomorrow.

I.E., his lawyers (and probably he) have already spoken with the police.

I have seen a few suggestions that the participants are SMU players.

We shall see.

Not NFL, but UFL.
The Michigan panthers were down at the end of the game.  They match the ball to a 64yd field goal.
Line it up.  Opposing team calls a time out.  Kicker lets it fly anyways. Makes it with room to spare.
Line up again. He kicks a 64 yd field goal with about 5 yds to spare.

It was his first field goal since high school.

Holy crap.

Almost a full month since the warrant was issued. The article says his attorney contacted HCSO last Monday (the 25th) to notify them he was returning to Tampa (from Detroit) to turn himself in. He finally did so late last night.

Sheriff Chad, "After weeks of evading law enforcement, this man has finally made the right choice to turn himself in. Domestic violence has no place in our community, and no one is above the law here in Hillsborough County. My thoughts are with this woman as she continues to heal from this man's gruesome actions."

Reporting is still very thin.

From what I've heard, there are only minor injuries, and there's nothing regarding his sobriety at the time of the crash.

If that stays the same, I'd expect he pleas down to a misdemeanor, does no time in jail, and faces a suspension of 2-6 games.

I've seen "Harbaugh trades Herbert" speculation/shitposts for weeks.

It's kind of silly because Herbert should be the single best feature about the LAC job, but the haul would be crazy if he were traded.

Herbert is talented enough to win a ring or more, but the Chargers aren’t ran well enough to do that IMO. The Vikings aren’t really an upgrade, but if I was Herbert I’d like their future trajectory more than the Chargers.

Some of you probably already saw the Jake Bates story over the weekend. Great story. UFL kicker for the Michigan Panthers attempted his first kick in a game since he was in high school (was a kickoff specialist in college). He made a 64 yard game winning field goal, twice (timeout on the first kick).

According to Detroit News, the Lions and MULTIPLE other NFL teams have reached out to Bates. Due to the UFL contract structuring he must complete the season, which ends on June 2nd, but that would then afford him the opportunity to join an NFL team for their training camp which are scheduled to begin mid to late July.

Harbaugh made 3 of the 4 NFC championships while he was head coach of the Niners.

He only missed it his final year with them.

Herbert has a real chance to make some noise with Harbaugh.

The Niners are a much better run team and have been for a long time.

For the Chargers sake, hopefully Harbaugh improves things there, but I was just saying from the perspective of a young elite QB, I wouldn’t necessarily have an issue with them trading me.

No question Harbaugh will change the culture of the Chargers, they will be a winning organization by the time he wears out his welcome there.

That said, if you could get 3, #1s at least, maybe a 2 as well depending on how desperate the other team is, unless you are talking Mahomes or Burrow you take that.
