I had my years growing up eating bad cuts of shoe leather to not the good cuts. Oh and lots and lots O ketchup.

Not that it matters but the guy looks like he is at least partially Native American like a Navajo or something like that.

His sitting posture also suggests that he is at least half.

You have to be an Indian to know these things..

With the time left on the clock and the amount of food still on the table his chances of success at this point are below like twenty percent. Probably more like less than five.

Yeah fuck all that.

Just looked it up and it's a sirloin. Double fuck all that.

I like some marbling in my steak. I can't imagine how bad I'd hate myself after even 1/4 of that steak.

Apparently you can get it to go for 200 bucks w/ 8 sides.

15 years ago or so I’d have gave it a go. Today half that steak and the sides would probably leave me feeling nine months pregnant.

Way too thick. I could sear that till the first 3/4” were pure carbon and it’s still gonna be stone cold in the middle.

Rules loophole…

Cut the whole steak into bite size pieces before taking your first bite.  Rules just say you get to take a bite and accept the steak or not.

How good do you expect a cut of top sirloin to be anyways?  I’d try it if it weren’t a cut of sirloin for $1/oz…

Heck, I’d do the challenge for $100 if it were a ribeye

Top sirloins good if cooked right. I think $100 72oz ribeye is gonna be 70% fat and gristle.

The one we got mail order wasn't.  It was like a large Chuck Roast if anything.  There was some fat and gristle, but not anymore than any store-bought steak.
