Damn, I didn't realize the USAF was the only air force flying Hercs. |

There comes a time when you look into the mirror and realize that what you see is all that you will ever be. Then you accept it, kill yourself, or you stop looking into mirrors.

Looks like they have 3 C130 H, 1 C130J Super Herc and 1 C130J 30. |

Thank you, guys, for posting those awesome pics.
I live within sight of I-40 and a lot of mil. AC seem to use it as a guide. LOTS of helicopters, but nothing low enough for good pictures like y'all got. |

There's a war going on for control of this Country. Only one side's fighting, though.
Lol @ the retarded folks "Blowtorch and Corkscrew" What a great tactic. Seven Grand children Rich. |
I always think of my old man when I see a C-130. He was a supervisor in the department that made the reduction gear boxes for the T-56 and AE2100 engines at Allison.

The point here is that the design is still viable after the initial flight almost 70 years ago. Yes, the airframes are much newer than currently flying B-52s, but the airframe engineering was almost perfect for the mission they were designed for, and worthy of still being in production. Like the CH-47, the original design that first flew in 1961, and still being built today.. |
