Then set up for my weight and abilities. I don't do woops well past the third one. Scares the shit out of me when we come up to a bunch of them while on Michigan single-track. One It would be really cool to see the auto-lowering technology that's on some ADV bikes migrate over to the enduro/dual-sport arena w/o robbing performance. |

If only there was a dealer within 100 miles and I was 40 years younger! Currently have a CRF300L, much better bike than the 250L, but still pales to the CRF 250x. Then again, I don't miss the high seat height and the oil changes. |

Went to a local gravel pit turned riding area this weekend. Had a lot of rain so it was muddier than I would have liked.
This was my second outing on the bike. Coming from 20 years of atv and road bikes, I’m still adapting to riding this thing. I know I do not like riding in sand Attached File |

I watched that video and a few others. The 300r has been fantastic. Plenty of power, very satisfied with the suspension. I’m quite impressed with how well it does on hills, and all around really. I’m planning to get a couple full days of riding in during May where I can practice some of those pointers. my skills and comfort have come a long way already, probably only have 10 hours of riding time. Most of it in hilly, rocky, rooty trails and sand. |
