I've always heard nightmare stories on maintenance on both brands, but never firsthand. I still don't doubt it.
Assuming you're looking at used, the V8 Grand Turismos sound amazing and some of the prices I've seen tempt me from time to time. The Jags are sweet too. GL and keep us updated.

I've heard the same over the years. I knew one dude that commuted in a sweet AWD Maserati sedan, and he was always at work. But he was pretty well heeled, so I suspect he woulda just taken any issues to the dealer and say "fix it" without regard to cost.
For all interested, here's the main Stellantis page that includes Maserati as one of their brands:
linky And here's a little weirdly formatted article or blog or whatever the kids are calling it today
:
linky Which includes:
Stellantis owns Maserati, a luxury sports car manufacturer that has to unleash its potential.
In the past two years, Maserati underwent a big turnaround that brought its operating margins from below zero to 10.1%.
I know GD hates Stellantis, cause they hate everything
, but IMHO they can produce some absolutely over the top amazing vehicles that can be a killer value IF they let the brand fully cater to its market and IF that market is not nuts about limited collectibility.
And also, since this is Arfcom, IN! before Stellantis cars are for black and ghetto people.
