The tube needs to be flexible to move with the hot end carriage.  It would be a problem if it sags enough to droop down and run into part of a print though.  If you secure it up somehow, just make sure everything can still cove the full range of movement properly.

Not sure what you mean by the hot end sagging though, not seeing anything in particular in your low res webcam image.

I'm sure there is a cable chain print on thingiverse. Creality users love cable chains.

Alternatively you can do what Prusa does, and just get the thickest Nylon line you can get (like super extra heavy duty weedeater line) and use that to stuffed jp the bundle to prevent drooping.

It actually works quite well. Just doesn't look as cool as cable chains.
