Bed adhesion was good, I had to pry it off after stopping.
Y axis belt skipping? corrupt file from thumb drive? Ender 3 V3 KE Ran a good print off the same thumb drive about 5 minutes before this. Drive was not removed from machine

That is layer shift. Check belts for tension, make sure X axis is level. The nozzle could also be crashing into the part on travel moves, so increase Z hop height if that is the case.
