My highschool mascot my freshman year was the Scarlet. An American Indian wearing full war headdress, etc. We had a life-sized replica of an Indian in a glass case in a hallway.
Sometime between then and my Junior year, they decided it was too non-PC and changed it to the letter E. Yep. Just the letter E. |

 That is the new version. The one on the horse was better. For a long time because of political correctness it was not allowed. This one must be only on the hockey team. More likely not allowed on campus.  |
