I may have mentioned once upon a time how bridges skeeve me out…
I don’t care how well they’re engineered. |

People don't realize how mass and inertia work. This was a stark reminder of those forces.

It’s horribly amazing how fast it collapsed.
Sounds like the construction crew may have saved lives by halting traffic just prior to the collision. |

The Twitter post from the thread said 2 survivors so far, one with very serious injuries. Finally got my new mattress delivered last night.
That fucking thing weighs 200 lbs. and was an absolute bitch to get situated by myself. I know that I still have 11 months before I need to make this decision, but I'll be renewing my lease. I'm not going to try to move that fucking thing. I can't wait to sleep on it tonight, though. Yay! |

Not tall or long but you could see the river through the pot holes and it vibrated with traffic. |

OOF We’re tatting to talk about what we want to replace our Purple with since it’s nearing the end of its life I looked at damn near every on-line "bed in a box" out there. I read reviews and compared prices. Then, I found an Oursleepguide.com SHOWROOM near me. I went in and actually got to lay on a bunch of these. I had never come across the Avocado brand in any of my searches, but damn, it was far and away the most comfortable one there. |
