So basically they are saying the criminals are mostly minorities?
Do they know how that sounds? |

I don’t have a problem with work background checks.
Will they sue banks, schools, daycare, USPS because they do background checks? They don’t seem to have a DEI problem. |

Biden the Groper just wants more kids to be raped by the manager at Sheetz...
McDonald's Manager raped 14 year old employee...He was convicted Sex offender A McDonald's franchisee has agreed to pay a Pennsylvania girl $4.4 million to settle her lawsuit after being sexually assaulted by her manager who was a registered sex offender, ABC News reported. The victim started her job at the Bethel Park restaurant in October 2020 and sometime after that, Walter Garner, 41, made sexual comments and touched the victim inappropriately, according to the lawsuit . obtained by ABC News. Garner raped the victim in the restaurant's bathroom in mid-February, 2021, the records show. “How is it that a convicted, registered sex offender is permitted to be hired to manage 14- to 17-year-old girls at a McDonald’s?” Alan Perer, the victim’s lawyer, said during a news conference Monday morning at his offices in downtown Pittsburgh. “The facts of our case are horrific.” |

A Sheetz joke from a late 1960s SoCal elementary school playground:
Three traveling salesmen were checking in to a motel, an American, a Pollock, and a Mexican. The clerk asked, “how many sheets they would each like on their beds”? The American salesman replied, “I sleep warm, one is fine for me”, the Pollock then replied, “I usually piss the bed so two Is best”. The clerk then turned to the Mexican who was jumping about in a fit of anger, when he caught the clerks gaze, he stopped, pulled out two pistols, pointed them at the clerk, and said, “ jou sheetz on my bed and I keel jou”! |

The Biden administration is suing Sheetz for discriminating against minorities. The reason? The company requires all the applicants to first pass a criminal record background check. You are now required to hire criminals. View Quote I'm pretty sure that the point isn't that you are now required to hire criminals but rather that being a former criminal isn't an automatic disqualifier from being hired. This most certainly pertains to civil rights. |

Overall around here Sheetz is the best gas station, gas is usually cheaper, bathrooms are usually clean. |

There’s a simple solution to this. Simply amend the company policy to state that every employee must be eligible to or possess a firearm. Even if they do not currently own a firearm, or intend to own a firearm. This will force the federal government to argue that requiring people to be able to own a firearm discriminates against minorities.
If the Biden administration attempts to argue, that firearms ownership is a pretextual basis for discriminating against minorities, they are at the same time arguing that prohibiting firearms ownership on the basis of a criminal record is discriminating against minorities, and they will never do that. They’ll have to withdraw the lawsuit. But their lawyers will not even try. That’s why we always lose. We are simply not willing to do the things that they do to win. Democrats wouldn’t hesitate to do something like this. |
